Description
A Late Victorian or Early Edwardian Mahogany Double Wardrobe. Bevel edged mirrored doors and a later addition of hanging rails. Sitting on a chest of two short over one long drawers. The wardrobe has a lose plinth, the top lifts from the base and splits vertically to make moving and handling easier. It has its original brass fittings and finish. It shows signs of sympathetic repairs, drawer bases and back but retains most of its original features. This item will be dismantled for delivery.

Condition
Used but in nice condition for age and use. Wardrobe back panels have been replaced, knocks and dinks commensurate with age and use. Some small veneer loses. Small loss of wood on right hand lower front door and right side at back were wardrobe slips. Historic repairs to left hand door hinge panel. All in images. Neither detract from the beauty of the unit. Has had the hooks replaced by a hanging rail. Shows signs of sympathetic repairs, See images
